The judicial conflict between Kiko Hernández and Toño Sanchís for some years has come to an end. The former representative of Belén Esteban denounced the Sálvame collaborator for the words that he had spoken about him in the middle of the war with the presenter, and that he had appealed several times since the sentence was not favorable to him.
Now, the courts have definitively shelved a matter for which, in addition, Sanchís is sentenced to pay all the costs of the process. These amount to no less than 40,000 euros, which he must assume to avoid further legal problems with Kiko.
Through his social networks, Hernández has ruled on the final sentence, and has been blunt with Toño. "You lost the trial again, but this time permanently," he began writing, to later issue a serious warning to his complainant.
"The only thing left is for you to pay me the legal costs of this process of so many years, or criminal proceedings will be initiated," he assured with a certain tone of threat, to conclude with another unfriendly phrase: "A lot of shit, Captain Scoundrel."
Although Sálvame was not expected to address the issue on Monday afternoon, Belén Esteban has cut the presenter of the space, Adela González, to address her partner and her former representative. "Will you let me say something very quickly?" She begged the host of the program.
"I want to congratulate Kiko Hernández for winning the trial against Toño Sanchís. Congratulations, comrade!" Esteban added, given the ignorance of the rest of the collaborators on the matter, and receiving the applause of the public.
