Juan José Ballesta's father defends the actor: "My son is focused, it has been a specific problem"

Controversy once again hits Juan José Ballesta, the actor who rose to fame 23 years ago for his participation, as a child, in the film El Bola. The protagonist of the film continues to be investigated for alleged sexual assault after a complaint from an acquaintance, a plot to which another lawsuit for robbery with force has now been added.

On this occasion it is Álvaro, a friend of Ballesta, who accuses the interpreter of stealing 50 euros and a jacket valued at 200 euros after a struggle, in the middle of filming a video for the complainant's YouTube channel. "I have parents of an age, who have seen their house full of people who have come to ask questions," he said this Thursday on the program And Now Sonsoles, on Antena 3.

"I noticed very strange behavior from the moment he arrived, with very strange diction," he explained of the moment when he began to suspect that something was not right. Álvaro is deeply hurt by how his friend has been able to attack and rob him. "I didn't want to end up with him like that at any time," Ónega confessed to Sonsoles.

The Atresmedia program has also spoken with Juan José, El Bola's father, who has not hesitated to defend his son from the first moment, although he also shows his concern about the latest information that involves him in different investigations.

Ballesta's father confesses not previously knowing Álvaro, at least until the moment he came to the fore about the actor's arrest. Furthermore, he confirms that she has not yet spoken to him and has not returned home since her subsequent release. "At the moment he has not come, but he will come," he assured the microphones of And now Sonsoles.

"Of course it worries me, everything that is related to my son worries me," he later admitted. Juan José has been especially dismayed by the fact that his son is in the spotlight for different controversies, and not for his profession. "That's the problem, it's not because of his work, it's because of things like this," he said, to finally put an end to the matter: "He's focused. This is a specific problem," he confessed.
