The adventurer, who has planned a trip to space this year, shared a video on his Instagram account where he reports on the surgical intervention on his knee.
In the video, Calleja appears just awake from anesthesia, stating that he feels "delirious." With good humor, he confesses: "I'm wearing a chestnut now. I want to focus and it doesn't come out." Thanking the medical team led by Dr. Monllau, Calleja describes the operation as "impeccable" and announces an express rehabilitation with his physiotherapists.
The presenter, known for his program 'Planeta Calleja', shares his reflections on the surgical experience, encouraging those facing surgeries to maintain good humor. "If you go to an operating room, try to laugh. You relax and then whatever has to come, let it come," Calleja advised.
