Nava couldn't believe after discovering the mirror. "Who is this? Please!” she would say as she leaned closer and looked at her face, beard and torso. The athlete couldn't hide his surprise and he raised his hands to his face, incredulous at the change.
Asked how many kilos he thought he had lost, the man from Madrid estimated that it was about 17, but it fell short. In total, he has lost 18.3 kilos. Quite a surprise and the record for this edition, held until now by Gines Corregüela, with 18.2 kilos at the start of it.
“I swear to you for what I love most in this world. You don't know what an impact it is to see yourself in a mirror after three months because you are not aware. You say, I will have changed and such, but it is a terrible impact. I saw myself very changed. I have never seen myself like this, ”Nava acknowledged.
However, the man from Madrid also looked somewhat "punished" by the passing of the weeks, the lack of food and the harshness of the Telecinco contest. And he recognized that he had not been at that weight since he was 12 years old.
After leaving, Nava has revealed what his worst moment in the contest has been: “The first week was brutal and the first night was something horrible that I wouldn't wish on anyone. It has been a hard road, but one of growth. I'm proud to have lived through all of this."
