Íñigo Fernández Tapias denies that Nuria González has sued them for her father's inheritance

On October 25, we learned the tragic news of the death of the Galician businessman Fernando Fernández Tapias at 84 years of age. The sudden death of the shipowner completely shocked all of his loved ones, who did not expect the loss of the businessman so soon.

But far from going through a peaceful mourning and away from the media spotlight, Fernández Tapias' family has been immersed in a media and judicial battle for months over the businessman's inheritance. And the recent opening of the will of the shipowner Fernando Fernández-Tapias revealed a totally surprising decision that harmed his five eldest children.

The businessman's last wish would have been to disinherit his five eldest children, born from his marriages with Victoria Riva de Luna and Juana García Courel, due to ''psychological abuse'', and leave all his assets to his widow, Nuria González, and the two children he had in common with her. In this way, the businessman's widow has turned out to be the main beneficiary of the inheritance, having received two thirds of it.

After this drastic decision, the eldest children of Fernández Tapias have decided to challenge the will and according to the first information, they will also take legal action to annul the clause that prevents them from opting for the legitimate inheritance, which would correspond by law to both them and their descendants.

This move has caused more tension between both sides of the family, but Íñigo Fernández Tapias, one of the shipowner's oldest sons, continues to insist that they have no problem with his father's widow. This past Tuesday, Íñigo Fernández Tapias reappeared before the media at Alejandro Sanz's birthday, which took place at the Barceló Theater in Madrid.

After the event, the EuropaPress team had the opportunity to chat with him for several minutes in which he wanted to deny all the rumors of a bad relationship with Nuria González. ''Everything is great, but leave it alone,'' he declared. Regarding the alleged complaints between both sides of the family, Íñigo wanted to be very clear: "No complaints, no complaints." After these statements, the businessman's son hurried to leave the establishment without saying a word.
