He is almost 60 years old, looks 20 and reveals the secret of ''eternal youth''

Chuando Tan was a model in the 80s, a pop singer in the 90s and then established herself with a career in photography. However, it seems that no time has passed for him, because his appearance astonishes the world: he turned 58 and still looks 20.

The photographer and influencer born in March 1966 in Singapore seems to have the secret of "eternal youth", and he not only carries it out but also displays it on his social networks and tells how to do it.

At first her social networks were based on her work, but when she began to show her face and body, her followers soon multiplied.

"I opened the Instagram account following the advice of a friend, who told me that a photographer must be socially active," recalls who became a viral phenomenon.

And he continues: "To vary the account a little, which was full of my works, I decided to upload some photos of myself and thus be able to share my ideas in the comments that are inserted next to the photos."

Currently, his account @chuando_chuandoandfrey has 1.4 million followers who are not only fans of his great talent as a photographer, but of his recipe for always staying young.

Those who are looking for a magic recipe will be disappointed with what Chuando Tan has to say, given that his secret is based on diet and physical activity.

In fact, he so adheres to the belief that diet plays a key role in health and physical appearance that in his case food represents 70% of the equation, while exercise contributes 30%.

Breakfast is based on six hard-boiled eggs, excluding two yolks due to cholesterol problems. Add in a glass of milk and occasionally an avocado and berries, offering a boost of protein and energy to start your day.

At lunchtime, have chicken with rice, roasted vegetables, and fish soup all day long. And, despite his weakness for ice cream, he consumes it strictly during the first half of the day. Man consciously avoids coffee and tea, opting instead for abundant water consumption.

Tan incorporates strength training into his routine, aiming for four weekly sessions, but he fits in at least three when he's busy. Spend only about 30 minutes on this activity.

Then he continues with cardiovascular training: he prefers brisk walking on a treadmill instead of jogging due to a knee injury. Additionally, he prioritizes swimming: an hour every night in a pool.

Although thousands and thousands of people speculate that Tan has undergone plastic surgery or uses special cosmetics, he is in charge of denying it: "I have sensitive skin, that's why I only use two things daily: facial cleansing gel and moisturizing cream. ", he acknowledged in an interview with CNA Lifestyle.

Although Tan received an excellent Botox procedure in the past, he was not satisfied with the result and decided not to continue visiting cosmetologists. However, he admits to using hair dye to address his gray hair.

Another key that the Singapore photographer mentions is that he prioritizes maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding staying up after 11 p.m. and getting up early every day.

As he preaches, he firmly believes that working late into the night or watching movies past midnight does not contribute to good health. He even refrains from eating 5-6 hours before bed to ensure quality sleep.

"It pays to go to bed early. Having enough sleep, you will be able to get more done during the day than if you work at night," he notes.

Beyond everything, Tan was sincere in an aspect that many followers ask him: "Deep down I know that I am not that young. I am getting older. So I am not going to give the false impression that I will always be young."
