The naturalist Frank Cuesta came into our lives in 2010 through the popular Cuatro Frank de la Jungla program. Since then, he has remained more or less present on television or social networks due to various controversies related to his ex-wife, who was in prison in Thailand, or for getting into dangerous situations by getting too close to deadly animals.
It may be part of his job, but Frank Cuesta has risked his life on multiple occasions. Although he usually takes care on his expeditions and knows how to react to an attack, the Leonese has received bites, stings and blows from different wild animals.
The most recent incident occurred this Saturday, when Cuesta was stung by an Asian wasp. He himself has shared the effects through the social network X: he has published a close-up of his face with one eye closed, swollen and bruised.
The publication, which has already accumulated more than 9,000 likes, has been filled with comments supporting the famous person, although there is also a good list of users who have made humor: "the same thing happens to me when I get smoke in my eye."
Cuesta has not told how the mishap happened nor has he explained how he acted on it. However, the presenter is quite active on social networks, so it is not ruled out that he will reveal more news soon.
The Asian wasp is somewhat different from the native ones and is an invasive species that arrived in France and has spread very quickly throughout Spanish territory. It is not that it is extremely dangerous, but it is true that its bite is more painful and it can inoculate more venom due to its larger size.
