Edwin Arrieta's lawyer explodes: "Very strange things are happening in the trial and all in favor of Daniel Sancho"

After his return from Thailand, where he was involved in the trial against Daniel Sancho in the Koh Samui court, JuanGo Ospina has unleashed a series of revelations. The Spanish lawyer, who represents Edwin Arrieta's family and testified last Tuesday about the series of irregularities that are taking place in the case: "Very strange things are happening in this trial and all in favor of Sancho."

The lawyer, through the TardeAR set, stated the following: "Three weeks ago we thought they were simple coincidences, but now that we have concrete evidence, we are going to act accordingly."

Ospina will provide more details starting next Monday, although he has already advanced some of the circumstances that lead them to suspect possible irregularities for the benefit of Rodolfo Sancho's son: "On Tuesday the power outages began in the area and I was testifying without air conditioning in the living room for hours and no one said anything.

"On Wednesday two police officers acted as witnesses and nothing happened either. On Thursday it was Daniel's turn to testify and they postponed the statement for days because there is no air conditioning. It is inexplicable, why he did, and the others didn't," the lawyer explained. by Edwin.

Ospina indicates that selective leaks of information are emerging that benefit Daniel and harm the Arrieta family. For example, a rumor spread that he was kicked out of the room last Friday, something he strongly denies.

"It catches my attention that García Montes conveyed the prosecutor's words this Friday, ensuring that they rule out the death penalty and life imprisonment. How can the prosecutor say that, if there is an express order not to give information to anyone? A statement has been made and we haven't heard about it?" declared the lawyer on the set.

He assured that he will continue until the end of the case in order to defend Edwin's family, but he is experiencing unprecedented situations in the courtroom, one of them that catches his attention is the figure of the vice consul.

"Why does the vice consul go to all the sessions of a trial against a confessed dismemberer? He is an official paid with everyone's money, is it really necessary for him to go to all the sessions to accompany the family of a dismemberer? We had never seen this before," Ospina concluded.
