This is not a good time for Anabel Pantoja. Luis Vicente Rico, better known as 'Pinocchio', has filed a lawsuit to claim the surname Pantoja. As Semana magazine revealed, the man who claims to be Bernardo Pantoja's son intends to take a DNA test with the singer's niece to clear up any doubts.
A family conflict that has been open for a long time, and that is increasingly taking on darker tones. According to the complainant, the influencer's father had asked him to fight to be recognized. After several attempts, he has no choice but to resort to justice. Something that seems to have not pleased the collaborator at all.
Such is the perseverance of 'Pinocchio' that he ensures that he has the support of a very important member of the clan to make this happen. Fernando Osuna, the complainant's lawyer, has confirmed that this lawsuit has been processed and that he trusts that everything will turn out well in the event that Anabel Pantoja refuses to collaborate.
Given this information, the press has not been able to do anything other than go looking for the niece's version. But, as expected, she did not want to give up. So much so, that she has been seen in a video, collected by Let's See, very upset against a reporter.
