TVE says goodbye to one of the most emblematic faces of the network. Ana Blanco has decided to retire early - she will become effective on February 29 - after more than 30 years of service to the public entity in charge of News, among other television programs.
The last time he will appear before the cameras will be this Saturday, February 24, when he will present the Weekly Report for the last time, a program he took over after leaving Informativo in the summer of 2022. This space, which will be broadcast from 9:20 p.m., will discuss the past, present and future of Ukraine.
Blanco's career on Spanish Television has been very long and successful. Thus, with so many years on screen, the journalist has managed to become one of the communication figures most loved by the public. However, beyond her appearance on screen, Blanco has kept her personal life away from the spotlight, showing very little about private aspects.
Born in Bilbao in 1961, Ana Blanco began her professional life in a field other than journalism.
