David Verdaguer is experiencing a great professional moment. The actor conquered millions of hearts in 2017 for his performance in the film Verano 1993, a project directed by Carla Simón that earned him a Goya award for best supporting actor and that opened the doors to countless interesting jobs.
This year, after much sacrifice and dedicating herself body and soul to continuing to improve acting, Verdaguer has shown the public that she is an artist with a great record and has won her second Goya award (this time in the category of best male lead performance ) for David Trueba's film Saben Aquell. When she collected the award, the actor dedicated it to her daughter Lupe "so that she continues laughing and so that when she is afraid it doesn't last long."

To everyone's surprise, Verdaguer opened up about his family situation and confirmed to the aforementioned media his separation from his daughter's mother: "Everything is fine with María, we are both very well with Lupe. A separation is very difficult, of course. , but we are very well and very happy (...) Separating and being on the left is very screwed, because you want to do things well and it is difficult, but we do it, we have achieved it and the three of us love each other a lot, which is the important thing" .
