Together with Eviden, Vodafone Business has presented an advanced solution based on Generative AI that improves the guest experience. It is a virtual assistant that allows you to interact and access useful information about the hotel and the destination, such as the real-time availability of places and schedules for the different services it offers, places or information of tourist interest and occupancy predictions for the current day. and the next day, avoiding waits and thus allowing more efficient management of resources.

The assistant uses the latest Generative AI technology to communicate naturally with users and resolve questions based on corporate information or provide support in processes or procedures configured in the application. The solution improves the guest experience with enriched responses through intelligent virtual support (since it does not require explicit training of the different questions) and multi-language interaction, thus immediately covering different needs.

In addition, the assistant is capable of recognizing the user's intention, discriminating whether they are only looking for information or if they want the assistant to act on their behalf. Thus, with her consent, she can act on behalf of the user through interfaces with hotel or third-party applications.

REM DATA

In collaboration with Fractalia, Vodafone Business has presented REM Data, a solution that allows you to know and precisely measure what is happening in physical spaces: how many people are there at a given time, if the established capacity limit has been exceeded, what duration visitors have, how many customers walk through the door or look at a screen, or how many customers are waiting to be served. REM Data uses different measurement technologies depending on the information needs of the client or project.

REM Data is applied in the management of visits and capacity in hotel environments, in places such as restaurants or swimming pools. Precisely, it is possible to obtain real-time information on the number of people in the space, optimizing its management and improving the guest experience.

The system can be managed from a friendly and intuitive application in the cloud. Through it, you can consult all the data and indicators of the establishments and receive daily, weekly or monthly reports with the information collected.

Likewise, in alliance with EcoMT, Vodafone Business has presented the TechYRoom solution at FiturTEechY 24. It is a tool that uses OTEA, a cloud-based software (SaaS), to simplify routine tasks for hotel maintenance technicians, receptionists and cleaning staff.

TechYRoom brings together voice control, generative AI and IoT automation technologies in a single tool to streamline day-to-day tasks. Users do not need technical knowledge, just send commands to the tool by voice, such as, for example, 'I want an energy report for the hotel' or 'cleaning of room 103 completed'.

In addition, TechYRoom has a pre-configured order so that guests can adjust their comfort level during their stay based on energy efficiency criteria.
