Valencian businessmen will hold their annual event along the Mediterranean corridor in Barcelona

The Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE) will return to Barcelona this year to celebrate the annual event of the Quiero Corredor movement promoted by the entity. This was announced this Wednesday by Vicente Boluda, president of AVE, during the general assembly of the association held this morning at L'Alqueria del Basket in València.

The Valencian businessmen thus return to the Catalan capital, where they already held the central event of the platform for the Mediterranean corridor in 2022. Then the event took place at the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB) Auditori Fòrum and was attended by the Catalan president Pere Aragonès, in addition to the then Valencian president Ximo Puig and the Murcian Fernando López Miras.

Also in 2018, the Valencian association was in Barcelona, at that time in the Palau de Congresos de Catalunya in Barcelona and in a political environment different from the current one. The minister was then the now deputy of the mixed group José Luis Ábalos. In Barcelona there were then two notable absences: that of Quim Torra, president of the Generalitat, and that of the mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau.

The Quiero Corredor movement holds annual checks on the status of the works of the Mediterranean corridor and an annual event in which it puts black on white its demands regarding a key infrastructure for the Spanish Mediterranean.
