Without a script or prior information, Cristina Tárrega's new challenge with 'La vida sin filtros' on Telecinco

Without a script or prior information from the guests or the stories to be told. It is the proposal of 'La vida son filtros', the new program for Saturday night on Telecinco that marks the return of Cristina Tárrega to a state-wide channel. A new space that combines emotainment and talk-show produced in collaboration with Unicorn Content, in which the Valencian presenter will be surprised in each edition with everything that happens on the set and that will deal with topics as diverse as family issues, neighborhood conflicts, unfaithful by nature or slaves of the image.

“It is a very new and innovative program, where many things happen and which, in addition, gives me a lot as a communicator and presenter. It is, without a doubt, the format of my life”, Tárrega explained to the media during the presentation of the program. “Those who come to the program are generous because of the naturalness with which they talk about their stories and because of the desire to make us part of their lives and their testimonies,” she added about the people who participate in the space.

In its weekly appointment on Saturdays starting on July 1, 'Life without filters' will open a debate on the central theme, an issue that will be addressed by a team of collaborators who will contribute their experiences and offer different points of view. These collaborators include Alessandro Lequio, Carlos Baute, Lucía Dominguín, Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Boris Izaguirre, Charo Reina, Eduardo Navarrete, Ares Teixidó and Iván González.

The testimonies of the protagonists and the public attending the set and also those of the spectators from their homes make up the cornerstone of 'La vida sin filtros', which will have a large 'Face Wall', which will allow Cristina Tárrega to connect with different people from all over the world and from diverse cultures. The program will also include numerous surprises; reports, news, data and reports on the central issue by the journalist Carlos Garayoa.

A notable novelty of the program is the '100 Seconds' section, created by Marina Abramovic, a Serbian artist considered one of the most influential figures in contemporary performance. It is an exciting therapeutic exercise of reconciliation, or not, in which two people who know each other, who have not seen each other in years and with unfinished business will sit face to face and in silence for 100 seconds.

“This section is a jewel on television and the viewers will like to see it and they will even want to participate, because they will feel identified, sometimes yes and sometimes not, and it will also surprise them”, advanced Tárrega. Emotion, tension and expectation will follow one another in this visual staging that is being shown on television in Spain for the first time. In addition, it will be the protagonists of this face-to-face who decide to leave or remain in the program to address the issue that they left pending with Tárrega as mediator.

'Family affairs' will be the first theme that will deal with 'Life without a filter. Tárrega will live closely the emotional declaration of gratitude from a grandson to his grandparents for having raised him; he will witness the decision of a woman who considers disinheriting one of her daughters; and he will observe the emotions that surface when a 45-year-old man and his biological father sit face to face, whom the former has been looking for for years, among other stories.

This first installment will feature interventions by Alessandro Lequio; Lucía Dominguín, Ares Teixidó, the psychologist and sexologist Ana Sierra, the lawyer Andrés Rodríguez and the journalist Javier Villamor. “'Life without filters' is loaded with emotions, joys, feelings, moments where the skin crawls, where you find yourself in surprising situations for me and for everyone, where I'm not the only one who realizes that this crosses borders ”, concluded the presenter.
