Two vehicles and several pieces of furniture burned this Tuesday in a fire that occurred in a car workshop in the town of Alcalá de Henares, Emergencies 112 of the Community of Madrid reported.
It happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. in the aforementioned workshop, located on Via Complutense, and the firefighters declared it put out an hour later, thus preventing it from spreading to the rest of the premises.
In addition to the two vehicles, several office furniture inside have also burned, but no injuries have been reported and the Summa 112 healthcare workers have only attended as a preventive measure.
The National Police has opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the fire and why the two vehicles burned.
