They were setting out on an unauthorized march on foot from the Betis Football Field towards Plaza de España when, shortly before arriving, at the María Luisa Park, they turned around and tried to cut off traffic in one of the main avenues of the city of Seville. The police cordon, which until now had accompanied them peacefully, stopped their intentions, leading to a confrontation between officers and protesters that has resulted in two arrests for altercations with the security forces.
The protest against the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development had the presence of about 400 attendees ('independent' farmers and ranchers) from all the provinces of Andalusia, and its objective was to show their discontent before the Government Subdelegation for the policies in this matter.

The situation has become so complicated that there has been a police charge and two of the farmers have ended up detained, while the rest of those attending the demonstration have stated that they will not move from where they are until their companions are released.
This mobilization is part of the protests that the rural sector has been carrying out for almost a month to demand solutions to the situation that the agricultural sector is going through in Spain. On this occasion, it was a group of independents who had the support of the 6F Platform, which, among others, defends the repeal of the European Green Deal, demands a food sovereignty law in accordance with "our culture", a law against relabeling, They demand the elimination of the digital notebook and request a national hydrological plan that "favors all Spaniards."
