The Tibidabo amusement park opens the new season this Saturday, March 2, with the aim of exceeding 700,000 visitors. Starting next spring, a new and spectacular 52-meter-high free fall attraction that will offer a 360-degree view of Barcelona, 500 meters above sea level, will contribute to this.

The free fall tower will have capacity for 24 people and will elevate visitors to 500 meters above sea level, from where they will have a 360º view of Barcelona thanks to its circular design. Currently, the attraction is in the installation phase and its opening is scheduled for this coming spring. The works have had a cost of 2.4 million euros.
While waiting for the arrival of free fall, the park opens the new season with a new Lego Room proposal. This is the new CreaTibi by Lego space, which will have the collaboration of Abacus Educació and will have programming aimed at promoting scientific vocations.
The decoration of the space is inspired by the arrival of women on the moon and will offer teaching materials so that boys and girls interact for the first time with content linked to robotics.
Likewise, the park launches a new nomenclature of its plants, which will be called, from top to bottom, as Panoramic Area, Somnis, 666, Xerinola, and Aventures.

In this new season, the park presents the new viewpoints, which were renovated the previous year. The Panoramic Area, located at the highest point of the mountain and with the best views of Barcelona, has been updated with new furniture to improve the visitor experience.
An exhibition of stereoscopic images, the 3D format used in the 19th century, will premiere at the Somnis viewpoint, while the new Mirador 666, located next to Espacio 666, will accompany the horror proposal of this emblematic plant of the park.
This new season, Tibidabo will also renew the offer of shows, with proposals for all audiences, and will promote new solidarity initiatives such as the Gotas por el mundo campaign, carried out in collaboration with the educational project Tú també pots, which will invite schools to present actions designed to improve the world.
Tibidabo opens the new season with the perspective of maintaining the growth line of recent years. The park closed in 2023 with 681,000 visitors, 10% more than in 2022, and expects to welcome more than 708,000 people this year.
Tibidabo also hopes to reach 900,000 travelers from Cuca de Llum, ahead of the 806,000 registered last season. La Cuca de Llum, the Tibidabo funicular, is now the main entrance to the park.
