Thousands of protesters have gathered in several cities in solidarity with Ukraine

Yesterday, the main Spanish cities hosted protest events against Ruisa and in solidarity with Ukraine. In Barcelona, ​​some 4,500 people, according to estimates by the Urban Police, demonstrated this afternoon in the city center on the two-year anniversary of the Russian invasion that gave rise to the war between both countries.

The march in Barcelona was led by a banner with the motto "Barcelona amb Ucraïna" (Barcelona with Ukraine) and had the participation of both institutional representatives and some political parties and concluded in Plaza Cataluña.

In Madrid, thousands of people have attended the demonstration called for the second anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine to show their support for the Ukrainian people and to call for an end to the armed conflict started by Russia in 2022.

"Get out of Ukraine, Putin murderer"; "Today Ukraine, tomorrow Europe"; "Europe listens, this is your fight," were some of the proclamations that the Protestants expressed during the march, while carrying signs with slogans such as "Peace", "Stop Putin" or "Enough!".

About 200 people have participated in León in the demonstration that commemorated the two years since the beginning of the Ukrainian War, which left from the Glorieta de Guzmán to end in the Plaza de Botines where dozens of Leonese have supported the community of that country in the city.

Another demonstration toured the main streets of Palma this Saturday, another silent concentration toured the center of Logroño.
