Leisure time is a luxury for the vast majority, who see the cost of living increasing at a rate that salaries cannot match. Despite what many may think, camping is a lifestyle that requires a considerable investment, from the caravan to reserving a place for the season. Luckily, the Adria Aviva Lite makes getting started easy with an unbeatable price.

This charming house on wheels turned out to be one of the most interesting novelties of the last Barcelona International Caravaning Show, in which luxury motorhomes, iconic campers such as the Volkswagen California and even mobile mini-homes were also presented.

Their formula for success is simple, but few manufacturers are now betting on a caravan access range. The Slovenian manufacturer takes advantage of this creation to demonstrate its ability to adapt to the needs of all customers, from the initiated to the wealthiest. A niche for which they reserve the beautiful and modern Adria Astella, also present in the Show.

The outlay before going on your first camping trip can scare anyone, even more so if you intend to do it with the whole family. Far from being a caravan for couples, this Adria Aviva Lite is designed for four people and without giving up key equipment such as the refrigerator, kitchen, full bathroom and closets.

All this in a caravan 5.48 meters long (without hitch it barely exceeds 4 m) by 2.09 m wide and 1.28 m high, which has an empty weight of 700 kilograms.

Accommodating space for four in a mini-caravan is not easy, so Adria has been inspired by the organization solutions of the best-known Swedish furniture brand in Europe. Thanks to removable furniture, mobile drawers and extendable fabric cabinets, which are hung from bars, they avoid the installation of furniture, with the corresponding reduction in space.

This modularity not only allows for a more spacious feeling, it also drastically reduces weight. In addition, it saves space for the bathroom, which is small but sufficient for nighttime emergencies with the toilet and a small sink. During the day, as camper readers will know, the services and facilities of the campsite itself are used.

In addition to the bunk beds located to the left of the entrance, in the rear area, there is a dinette that can be converted into a double bed. The beds for the little ones measure 1.94 meters long by 1.40 m wide and, to the touch, are quite comfortable and pleasant to stretch out on the mornings of a relaxed weekend. The bed for couples is built with cushions that double as a sofa and backrest.

The equipment is completed by a kitchen cabinet, which is the maximum expression of minimalism with a portable and tiny-sized ceramic hob. Next to a small closet there is a space in which we could place a microwave or a television. At the bottom is the refrigerator, reminiscent of those installed in large volume campers.

In short, this Adria Aviva Lite allows us to travel with a small, fully equipped apartment for less than €18,000. It is an ideal model for families who travel discovering new places, since it can be too small for long camping trips. If you want to use it for this last option, we would recommend adding a small advance to the investment.
