Born in 1971 on the Canary Island, Ravelo studied Pure Philosophy and attended creative workshops given by Mario Berlino, Augusto Monterroso and Alfredo Bryce Echenique. Playwright, and also the author of several children's and youth books, he made the leap to the national literary scene with his handling of crime novels.
