The Real Madrid TV videos will remain unpunished for the Disciplinary Committee

The Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation does not observe any violation of the regulations in the Real Madrid TV videos reported by Sevilla FC, so the case is archived.

The body of the Spanish Football Federation recuses itself from the case considering that Sevilla has not denounced anything specific in the letter it sent last weekend about the Real Madrid TV videos criticizing the referees of the Real Madrid-Sevilla match. last Sunday, Isidro Díaz de Mera Escuderos and Pablo González Fuertes in the VAR.

The Disciplinary Committee wipes its hands by not indicating which article of the disciplinary code Real Madrid violates through its television.

Sevilla's complaint was open, disclosing some facts so that the Committee could take a position. "Sevilla FC wants to formally report these events to the federative bodies, in order to assess whether these events can be considered a violation of the General Regulations of the RFEF or any other regulations that apply to it," said the Andalusian club. "The club reiterates its strongest condemnation of these behaviors and campaigns orchestrated to undermine the image of the refereeing establishment," he denounced.

For the Disciplinary Committee, Sevilla's letter is not properly a formal complaint to open a disciplinary file, since it does not specify which precept has been violated.

Sevilla FC, however, does have the support of LaLiga in this cause, as stated yesterday by Javier Tebas.

"We are going to appear, because we believe that the Real Madrid TV thing is an issue that, as they themselves said after the game against Almería, is what they want. It is not that it is a matter of freedom of expression, but that in the field of sport goes against good sporting order," argued the president of La Liga during the presentation of the Prepared project.

"That constant back-and-forth, the superiority of we will do it whenever we want, no. I am a Real Madrid fan and I believe that Real Madrid, as a great club, cannot constantly cling to that argument," Tebas stated.
