The Prosecutor's Office of the National Court has ruled against requesting the suspension of some concerts planned tonight during the Bilbao festivities, promoted with a poster with an image of the president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, with blood drawn coming out of his neck, that have been denounced by the formation.

The party has filed a complaint with this court for the possible crimes of threats, hate and exaltation and apology of terrorism as a result of the poster with the image of Abascal, and has requested its suspension. The concerts are held outside the official program of the Bilbao festivities.

The prosecutor's office has issued a report before the duty judge in which it opposes the suspension of the act, without prejudice to being informed of the development of the concerts in case a crime of glorifying terrorism could be incurred, according to the Efe agency citing sources from this agency.

Another complaint has also reached the National Court this Thursday for a crime of humiliation against the victims of the president of the Dignity and Justice Association, Daniel Portero, on the occasion of the Bilbao festivities, in which he asks to investigate the exhibition of a mural with 19 watches and inside the name of an ETA prisoner, as well as family images of prisoners of the terrorist group.

The complaint calls for the "immediate withdrawal" of these photographs and posters, in which it sees a "countdown" to the release of the prisoners and which it considers a humiliation for the victims. The prosecution has not yet supported this request either.

Before agreeing to this precautionary measure, the public prosecutor's office has asked the security forces to report on "the specific circumstances" in which these photographs appear placed in the booth. Now the judge must decide on both complaints.
