The PP organizes events throughout Spain against Sánchez for sedition and the "yes is yes"

Alberto Núñez Feijóo was clear from the beginning that he could not go out with Vox to the streets to protest the abolition of the crime of sedition, but he was also determined not to leave the streets to those of Abascal. For this reason, the leadership of the PP has decided to take to the streets, but not in a demonstration, but with acts that will travel throughout Spain against the abolition of the crime of sedition, the reduction of penalties for embezzlement, and to demand the reform of the Law of yes is yes.

"The outrage at what the Government is doing is not limited to Madrid, but to all of Spain", for these issues. So much so that it does not only affect PP voters, but all citizens, and even affects socialist militants along the lines that some socialist barons have already made statements. Hence, they have decided to take to the streets, but not in a demonstration, as Abascal has done or Pablo Casado did in his day.

The call for a demonstration by the PP ran the risk that Santiago Abascal and his followers would attend, producing an image that the president of the PP has tried to avoid since the beginning of his term. For this reason, they will be acts of the PP, although open to the public, with the motto of the PP "In defense of a great country", to tell the Spaniards that "the PP is here to defend the unity of Spain and to be in against what the government is doing, kneel before the independentistas”.

They go further, because the demonstrations "are a protest" and the message that the PP wants to send to the citizens is that "the PP is here", and that they know what it would do if it were in power, and what they will do when it governs . For this reason, the president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, will be present at all these events. This week there will already be two events, one in Badajoz and another in Madrid.

The leadership of the PP devoted almost all the time of the meeting of the Steering Committee, this Monday, to analyzing "with concern" the situation created by the Government with decisions such as the abolition of sedition, which it intends to do with the embezzlement and the situation created with the yes is yes law, "which has generated a great state of alarm", because it supposes "a full-blown attack on Justice, the Penal Code and judges".

Issues with which, in the opinion of the PP, Pedro Sánchez "are skipping the basic principles of the Constitution", something very serious for the PP, the general coordinator, Elías Bendodo, said at a press conference, because the one who commits this attack is the Government . For this reason, the number three of the PP affirmed that Sánchez has become the main source of problems for Spain and for the Spanish people", with the "chaos" created, with his decisions such as "giving away the Penal Code to the independentistas, negotiating with Puigdemont, hide the incidents in Melilla, try to lower the sentences for the corrupt to benefit their convicts”.

But above all, Elías Bendodo dedicated very strong words against the Government for its passivity in resolving the problem created with the yes is yes law, which has caused, he said, "the doors to open wide for rapists." , and in his desire not to change the rule he went so far as to say that a pull effect could be produced, since now sexual crimes are cheaper.

For this reason, the general coordinator of the PP calls on the socialist barons and socialist militants to say what they think and act accordingly. "It is time for socialism to face sanchismo with facts, not just pay lip service," he stressed. Now, the PP appeals "to the vote in conscience of the deputies and senators", which this week will have the opportunity to vote twice on the yes in yes law, one in Congress and another in the Senate, with popular initiatives . He asks the barons to "give instructions" so that the deputies of their constituencies "go in line with their statements."

Elías Bendodo wondered: "What would happen if those votes were not by show of hands, if a ballot box were placed behind a curtain", alluding to what happened in the PSOE when the socialist leadership wanted to end Sánchez as general secretary, before to be President of the Government.

For the PP, "the president has lost his morale" and "does not distinguish the truth from lies." "He has been able to cross all limits" and turn "everything upside down", and to top it off, he denounced that the Government has included an announcement of "yes is yes" in the national lottery tickets for November 26.
