The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating the shooting death of a man that took place this Friday in the King Park urbanization in Sils (province of Girona), according to El Caso and police sources have confirmed to the ACN agency.
Some armed individuals have entered a home on Catalunya Avenue in the town of Girona and have started shooting, possibly over an issue related to drug trafficking.
After the shots were fired, they fled the scene, leaving at least one confirmed fatality.
The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) of the Girona Region of the Mossos has opened an investigation to clarify the facts.
