The judge offers Dolores Delgado to enter as a victim in the Villarejo case

The judge of the National Court Manuel García Castellón has extended one of the pieces of the Villarejo case, the one that investigates an alleged commission to the former commissioner to hinder the extradition of a businessman to Guatemala, and has offered the current Attorney General of the State, Dolores Delgado , appear as injured.

The magistrate understands that in the audios intervened to José Manuel Villarejo and analyzed by the Internal Affairs Unit there appear "explicit references" about Delgado when he was a prosecutor of the National Court, a court that decides on extraditions to other countries.

These references, García Castellón points out in his order, could constitute a crime against honor, so that he offers to appear as injured when verifying that in his day the "timely offer of shares" was not made.

García Castellón also agrees in his car to the extension of the investigation of this part of the Tandem case, number 4, until January 29 of next year, at the request of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, which argued that there are still a series of proceedings pending to practice.

It also refuses to file the case for one of those investigated, businessman Adrián de la Joya, considering that there are indications of his participation in the events under investigation that justify his continuing to be charged in the case.

This piece investigates the Pit project, which would have been commissioned by the Pérez-Maura shipping brothers to former commissioner José Manuel Villarejo with the aim of avoiding the extradition of one of them, Ángel, to Guatemala.
