On April 14, Andalusia was dressed in traditional costumes, dances and music to celebrate the April Fair in style, an event that will end this Saturday the 20th. Since 1847, thousands of people have gathered in Seville to share love and joy for the Sevillian traditions, where Andalusian food is one of the main protagonists.
During the last week the tables of the Fair have been filled with fried "pescaíto", potato omelette, stews or sweets that are served at the booths.
