In March, the symbolic act of laying the first stone was carried out and on Monday the first 30 Switch Mobility Iberia engineers arrived in the city. Its president, Eva Driessen, announced that the first buses could leave the future plant in 2023, while the mayor of Valladolid, Óscar Puente, announced that the building license could be ready in July.
