Temperatures above 30º at dawn on the Alicante coast

According to the data provided by the Valencian Association of Meteorology (AVAMET), the highest temperatures have been reached in the region of Marina Alta, specifically in Pego, where 34.4 degrees have been measured, 32.8 in Dénia, 32, 1 in Ràfol d'Almúnia, 31.9 in Orba and 31.7 in Pedreguer.

Other coastal towns located further south, such as La Vila Joiosa (31.9º) or El Campello (31.4º) have also registered values ​​above 30 degrees, as have inland towns such as Muro, which has reached 30 .4º, with the towns of Alcoi, Cocentaina or Villena standing above 28º.

Avamet points out that the gusts of wind have exceeded 70 kilometers per hour in various areas, reaching 100 in Pego and Benillup, while the humidity plummeted.
