Surprise when getting off the train car

I captured these snapshots that we see in La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos when getting off the train car at the Vilassar de Mar station, in Maresme.

During the journey my eyes already sensed the beautiful tone of the sky over the Mediterranean Sea. A divine palette of beautiful mauve, orange, reddish colors.

But, it was when I got off the train that I was able to enjoy the canvas that the evening was drawing to finish a work of art that the sky gave to my senses. A great cosmic canvas. A great gift!

The candilazo is a meteorological phenomenon in which the clouds in the sky show a wide palette of colors that ranges from pink to the most intense orange.

As part of the phenomenon of dispersion of sunlight, in the morning and afternoon hours, when the sun is closer to the horizon, the light that reaches the Earth is of soft tones between red and orange. In a certain way, when this light passes through the clouds, it illuminates them and could be said to color them with those tones.

The candilazo is also known as arrebol, which is the red color seen in the clouds illuminated by the sun's rays, especially at dawn and in the evening.
