There is nothing true in Shakira's supposed anger with Gerard Piqué for how he manages time with their children in common, Milan and Sasha. The reason for such upset would be that a couple of weeks ago we saw how Piqué left them with his mother while he entered the offices of his company, Kosmos, which would have unleashed the wrath of the Colombian: the former soccer player would be violating a pact of the agreement of separation that the ex-partner signed after a battle of months in which there was anger, disagreements, new demands and even a loud scare. This pact would be summed up in that either of the two parents who cannot personally take care of the children should immediately notify the other. However, according to the firm Tamborero Abogados, this is not the case.
Given that the singer settled in Miami later than expected in the regulatory agreement signed in November and ratified before the judge in December, the ex-partner has chosen to reformulate the initial agreements and currently the children are rotated every 15 days. They even maintain sufficient flexibility to be able to alter these deadlines, as we have seen with Shakira's recent visits to Barcelona for the Montmeló GP or to jump to Paris and attend Viktor's fashion show
Thus, the agreement that governs the custody of minors today does not contain any provisions related to notifying the singer or vice versa if the children remain in the care of grandparents or another family member while the parent attends to some management. Nor is it true that Shakira is furious because the children accumulate many hours of forced flight between Barcelona and Miami instead of her father being the one who stays their respective days there. At least, this is not the case in the ex-soccer player's environment.
Mainly, because Shakira cannot demand from her ex a behavior that she herself does not observe: six days ago she traveled with both of them, without any need, to San Juan, Puerto Rico to receive some awards. And it is known that in recent months she has taken them to Mexico, Dubai, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York when she has deemed it appropriate.
