See how the moon hides in Collserola

This series of photographs for Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia were taken at 06:30 from the Barcelona neighborhood of Canyelles, in the Nou Barris district.

In the images we can see how the moon, which after the full moon of the flowers is beginning to wane, flirts with the Torre de Collserola until it finally hides behind the mountain.

The telecommunications tower of Collserola occupies a strategic place in Turó de la Vilana, at 445.5 meters above sea level, near Tibidabo.

This tower has a viewpoint on the tenth of its 13 floors, from which it is possible to obtain a complete view of the city of Barcelona and its surroundings, sometimes even up to 70 kilometers away.

It was designed in 1992 by the English architect Norman Foster and is one of the icons of the Catalan capital. Its main activity is the lease of spaces for telecommunications companies.
