400 g long grain rice (cooking time: 15 minutes)

1 ½ teaspoon salt

600 g turkey breast fillets

400g carrots

300 g of leek

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

700 g peaches

160 g onions

20 g ginger

10 g vegetable oil

3 teaspoons mild curry powder

400 g coconut milk, unsweetened

200 g vegetable broth, prepared

15 g of cornstarch

200 g peas (frozen)

100 g of ananacartos

Wash the parsley, shake it to dry, tear off the leaves and put them in the glass. With the measuring beaker in place, chop for 8 seconds/speed 6. Transfer the parsley to a bowl and rinse the glass.

Place the rice in the cooking basket and place it in the glass. Season the rice with ½ teaspoon of salt and pour 1.5 liters of warm water over it.

Wash the turkey fillets under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut them into 3cm cubes and transfer them to the shallow steamer accessory. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices. If the carrots are very thick, first cut them in half lengthwise.

Clean the leek, wash it and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. If the leeks are very thick, first cut them in half lengthwise. Place the carrots and leek in the deep steamer basket so that the steam can circulate through some of the slits.

Season the turkey, carrot and leek with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Place the deep accessory with the shallow accessory on top of it, put the lid on and cook everything with the Steamer button/15 minutes.

Wash the peaches, make a cross-shaped cut and pour boiling water over them. Let them rest briefly, then peel and cut them into 4cm cubes. Peel the onions and cut them in half; Also peel the ginger.

Remove steaming accessories and set aside, covered; take out the cooking basket and reserve the hot rice; Empty the glass and rinse it with cold water.

Put the onion and ginger in the glass and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop them with the Turbo button/3 seconds. Using the spatula, push down any debris stuck to the wall of the glass. Add the sunflower oil, curry, ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper and, without using the measuring beaker, sauté with the sauté button/3 minutes.

Add the coconut milk at room temperature, the hot vegetable broth and the cornstarch and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 5. Add the peach and, with the measuring beaker not in place, cook with the reverse button/5 minutes. /speed 1/100 °C. Add the carrots, leek, turkey, peas and cashews and, without inserting the measuring beaker, continue cooking by pressing the reverse button/5 minutes/speed setting 1/100°C.

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and, with the measuring beaker in place, stir everything with the reverse button/20 seconds/speed 1.

Garnish the turkey curry with parsley and serve with rice.

2 day-old rolls

30 g milk (fresh, 3.5% M.G.)

300 g minced meat, half pork and half beef

1 medium egg

10 g mustard, mildly spicy

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika, sweet

40 g shallots

1 clove garlic

20 g of olive oil

400 g canned chopped tomato

300 g vegetable broth, prepared

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried marjoram

½ teaspoon dried thyme

5g sugar

Cut the bread into pieces, put it in the glass and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop it for 12 seconds/speed 10. Add the milk at room temperature, the minced meat, the egg, the mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper and the paprika, and, with the measurer in place, work it with the Knead key.

Transfer the meat dough to a bowl, form between 12 and 16 equal-sized balls with moistened hands and place them in the deep steamer accessory. Rinse the glass.

Peel the shallot and garlic clove. Cut the shallot in half, put it in the glass along with the garlic clove and, with the measuring beaker in place, chop it with the Turbo button/2 seconds. Using the spatula, push down any debris stuck to the wall of the glass. Add the olive oil and, without using the measuring beaker, sauté it with the Sauté button/5 minutes/120°C.

Add the chopped tomato, hot broth, herbs and sugar. Place the steaming accessory on the glass, cover it and press the Steamer button. After the cooking time has elapsed, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste and, with the measuring beaker in place, stir for 10 seconds/speed 2. Serve the meatballs with the tomato sauce.

300 g of Galletas Spekulatius

100g butter

300 g condensed milk (7.5% M.G.)

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon

1 pinch of salt

Cut the cookies into pieces, put them in the glass and, with the measuring beaker in place, crush them for 20 seconds/speed 8. Transfer them to a bowl.

Pour the chopped softened butter into the mixing bowl and, with the measuring beaker in place, melt it for 3 minutes/speed setting 1/75°C. Add the crushed biscuit, the condensed milk at room temperature, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 pinch of salt and, with the measuring beaker in place, mix everything for 45 seconds/speed 5.

Divide the Spekulatius cream between the clean jars, let it cool completely and keep it in the refrigerator.
