In this sense, the first mayor has indicated that a first period of three months has been established to occupy these two- and three-story homes, although she has clarified that they will be "fully extendable." The leader of the PP wanted to point out that the council understands that this first period "is enough to see the social vulnerability of families", but she highlighted that "here no one is going to be left without housing from one day to the next", but rather This period, "fully extendable", will work so that municipal technicians can study each case individually.
Catalá has stressed that the first families to access the properties will be those who have children, dependent people or relatives with reduced mobility.

The building also has 84 parking spaces distributed in two basements and 22 storage rooms, also built in the two basements. In addition, it has 131 bicycle spaces enabled on the ground floor with access from the hallway.
