Hours after learning that Rosalía and the Euphoria actress Hunter Schafer were a couple, an important move has come from Rauw Alejandro. The singer and ex-partner of Sant Esteve Ses Rovires has put up for sale the farmhouse that he bought in Manresa at the beginning of 2022, according to Regió7.
This is the La Morera farmhouse, the modernist house located in Manresa that Alejandro bought for around 2 million euros as a wedding gift for Rosalía. The rapper appears as the sole owner of the property, and after the breakup with the Catalan artist there was the unknown of what would happen to the farmhouse.
The point is that Rauw Alejandro acquired the property to be close to his then fiancée. Now, when they broke off the engagement, it was no longer in her plans to keep her because she was the one who has sentimental ties to Manresa. Therefore, he has put it up for sale.
The mansion is La Morera, a huge farmhouse in Manresa surrounded by nature that is also a cultural asset of local interest in the area, with comprehensive protection by the Local Heritage Commission.
Designed by the Catalan architect Ignasi Oms i Ponsa, an essential figure of the Catalan modernist movement of Manresa at the beginning of the 20th century, the property has 3,815 m², distributed in a main house with eight complete bedrooms, a modern kitchen, two living rooms and a cellar, and four other complete homes, as well as a stable area.
