Prepare this original and delicious cold version of the traditional gazpachuelo

Gazpachuelo is a traditional recipe from Malaga, with its origin in the fishermen of the region. They made a fish broth to which they added potatoes and added flavor by incorporating garlic mayonnaise. The white color is probably the element that characterizes this elaboration.
