Gazpachuelo is a traditional recipe from Malaga, with its origin in the fishermen of the region. They made a fish broth to which they added potatoes and added flavor by incorporating garlic mayonnaise. The white color is probably the element that characterizes this elaboration. Although you can give it a touch of color (and flavor) if we add some prawns, as we propose in this version. Go ahead and prepare it, I'm sure you'll love it.
