The aesthetics of the successful pizzerias that Marcos Armenteras and Berta Bernat have been opening are unmistakable and, according to them, will continue to be so despite the fact that this couple of entrepreneurs announces their intention to continue growing at a faster pace than until now. “Grow with the same care with which we have taken care of each new Parking Pizza.”
Since they opened with the first location on London Street, at the Parking Pizza and Parking Pitta on Paseo Sant Joan or at the two floors occupied by Parking Pizza and Parking Sótano (dedicated to meat) in the Marimon passage, now the recent addition opening of a new pizzeria on Gran Via 576 (corner with Muntaner).
Armenteras and Bernat want the long tables, the recycled cardboard stools (which are also used to store bags or coats) or the industrial yet cozy aesthetic of their premises, where lighting is crucial, to continue to be a link between each one of the establishments that will open, with the quality of their doughs and the ingredients of the pizzas they offer.
This pampering, they explain, is compatible with their business evolution, which is why they have decided to also start opening new Parking Pizzas outside of Barcelona. The first will be in Madrid, where they are already finishing work on their first pizzeria in the capital and a second, in a location that they will soon begin to renovate. They are also ready to open in Zaragoza. It is the beginning, they explain, of a new stage to continue moving forward.
