In the Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia we can appreciate the silhouette of Montserrat highlighted in the contrast with the reddish sky of Candilazo in Sant Vicenç de Castellet, in the Bages region.

The candilazo is a meteorological phenomenon in which the clouds in the sky show a wide palette of colors that ranges from pink to the most intense orange.

As part of the phenomenon of dispersion of sunlight, in the morning and afternoon hours, when the sun is closer to the horizon, the light that reaches the Earth is soft tones between red and orange. In a certain way, when this light passes through the clouds, it illuminates them and could be said to color them with those tones.

In the Sierra del Ginebral area and the Pasteres stream act as a corridor between the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt and the Natural Park of Montserrat.

The long-distance path GR-4, which links Montserrat with Puigcerdà, crosses a large part of the Sant Vicenç area, with exceptional views over the massif, such as the one that can be obtained from Serrat de la Beguda. Also the Roman road that joined Manresa with Montserrat passes through Sant Vicenç.
