Ligue 1, Kosmos, Kerad, FC Andorra, Gerard Piqué's businesses

Gerard Hammered plays to everything.

To football and to business.

It has been this way for years, particularly recently, when he has combined his long career as a central defender with his business activities. Starting from Kerad Project 2006 S.L., a company specializing in the purchase and sale of real estate assets (including a long list of houses, land and industrial buildings in multiple cities), his business conglomerate has grown to become a giant with multiple tentacles.

In Kerad's wake, the now defunct Kerad Games (specialized in video games) had grown and his passion for e-Sports, a present and future modality in which he manages through another EMR company: investigating video games, Piqué has deepened his friendship with Ibai Llanos and his Twitch platform, specialized in all sorts of events as entertaining as they are crazy, including an unofficial World Balloon Championship.

His more media activities, however, have moved in other parameters. It is about Kosmos Global Holding SL (founded in 2017 together with Hiroshi Mikitani, founder of Rakuten), the multidisciplinary company) Kosmos Tennis, Kosmos Studios and Kosmos Football) through which he had launched his controversial reform of the Davis Cup of tennis, beacon of the range of projects that have appeared under its umbrella, including the recent acquisition of the rights for Spain of Ligue 1, the French soccer league or the purchase of FC Andorra (2018), a club that was in a complex financial situation and is now healthy and in top shape.

In the background, perhaps minor, there are also his entrepreneurships in Kypers, a sunglasses firm, or 426 Miles, a brand of isotonic drinks whose project he shares with Carles Puyol and is managed under the umbrella of Noel Alimentaria.
