Libertas 7 obtains a profit of 1.4 million euros until September

Libertas 7, a Valencian business group listed on the Spanish stock exchange and on the Continuous Market, dedicated to financial investment management and real estate (Ficsa) and tourism (Sea You Hotels) activities, has ended the third quarter of 2022 with a figure of business of 9.8 million euros and a positive net result of 1.4 million.

Accumulated revenues amount to 2.1 million euros, which exceeds those achieved in the same period of 2019. As regards Ficsa, the real estate brand of Libertas 7, it continues to add revenues and profits in the third quarter after the deed of practically all the dwellings in the Drassanes Building. On the other hand, the delivery of the Crisálida Building, located in the Jesús neighborhood of Valencia, will begin in the fourth quarter of the year.

The company has acquired two new lots on which the new Gaia Building developments will be located, on Avenida Primado Reig in València and Vesta Residencial, in the expansion area of Puerto de Sagunto. The goal is to start marketing the two new real estate projects as soon as possible.

They also explain that the Paseo al Mar Building in the Blasco Ibáñez area and Residencial Zaïda in Avenida Burjassot, both located in Valencia, whose works will begin in the coming months, continue to be promoted.

As for the Investment Area, they point out that "the portfolio has shown resistance and has registered a negative return of -6.8%". For this reason, the portfolio management strategy remains focused on the management and generation of long-term value, "from a prudent perspective, in markets that anticipate a more complex economic environment," the company points out. The returns obtained on private capital investments stand at 1.2 million euros.

The Board of Directors has agreed to pay an interim dividend for the 2022 financial year in the amount of 2 gross cents per share to be collected as of November 7. This remuneration represents a return of 2% with respect to the current price of the company's shares.

"We have managed to deliver the Drassanes Building, complying with the expected results and closing an excellent tourist high season" confirms Agnès Noguera Borel, CEO of the Valencian company.
