LaLiga makes the regulations to sign more flexible and Barça is one of the beneficiaries

LaLiga has decided to temporarily and slightly modify one of the articles of financial control of the clubs as a result of the financial difficulties of the majority of Spanish teams. The employers intend with this change to encourage transfers in this next market and one of the great beneficiaries will be Barça.

Among others, the Barça club, without a salary margin to register players or financial fair play, will have greater room for maneuver to undertake the operations it has planned thanks to the relaxation of article 100. For now, Barça continues working to register LaLiga His only official signing so far, the German Ilkay Gündogan, something that is not yet possible despite the change in LaLiga regulations.

LaLiga, with the approval of the clubs of the Delegate Commission, where neither Barça nor Madrid appear, has exceptionally approved, for now only this summer, that the teams can spend a maximum of 50% of the cost that they previously reduce, in instead of the 40% previously stipulated. This percentage will increase to 60% if the player with whom the savings is generated represents more than 5% of the total CPD (Cost of the Sports Squad).

The League points out that the sum of everything generated by the savings cannot compute more than 60% of the excess at the beginning of the season. The intention is that this modification positively affects many clubs that are in a situation of excess, so that they will now be able to continue operating in the market while saving.

For the moment, beyond executing the option to purchase loaned players who were already in the squads, the Spanish clubs have not taken out the checkbook in this transfer market that has just begun, except for Real Madrid, which took over the services from Jude Bellingham for 103 million plus 30% in variables.

For its part, Barça continues to search the market in search of reinforcements. The Barcelona team wants to sign a substitute for Busquets, in this case the chosen one is Brozovic, and they also intend to incorporate a right-back, in addition to the center-back Iñigo Martínez, whose incorporation has already been agreed upon in the absence of official status. All these operations are subject to sales and the departure of the loanees in order to generate financial fair play and lighten the salary bill.
