Grupo Castilla adjusts its forecasts upwards after completing its management team

With just a few weeks left until the end of the year, the national firm, a leader in People management, revises upwards its initial growth forecasts of 20% to 30% in billing, compared to 2022. “If these good data are confirmed, it will mean consolidate a double-digit growth trend for 10 consecutive years,” underlines Carles Castilla, its CEO. For his part, Javier Castilla, director of A

One of the keys to success is its new 360º approach to People management, which combines knowledge and technology. “The purpose of this new disruptive model is to offer comprehensive People management, far beyond technology,” explains Marcos Torres, Commercial and Marketing Director.

This transformation has meant a radical change in the organization, giving rise to the birth of a new area within the company called Talent Services, led by Josean Ascarza as top manager. With an annual average of 50 Executive Search processes and 300 selection processes in middle management, today, Talent Services is already a key piece in the company's 360º strategy. “Our goal is to achieve a turnover of €8M in 2026 for this new line of business,” says Ascarza.

On the other hand, the Technology area will make available in 2024 two new transversal modules in full web technology: Emplower, a portal for the employed person, and Time Management, an advanced solution for time control and absence management. In addition, Innia, a complete Payroll HCM solution, 100% Cloud and process-oriented, will be launched on the market. “The success in the development of these solutions has been possible thanks to the team's consolidated experience in the transition to the cloud and, of course, its strong commitment to innovation," underlines Marisa Muñoz, director of the Technical Area.

The commitment to the adoption of the Cloud model is another of the driving levers of growth. In fact, more than 35% of Grupo Castilla clients are already in the cloud. José María García, director of HCM/BPO Services, states that: “We expect to end 2023 with more than 90% of new HCM (Human Capital Management) projects in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode.”

Finally, people are the main pillar on which this important growth is sustained. “We will end 2023 having reinforced the workforce with more than 130 professionals,” emphasizes Isaac Medrano, new director of people (CPO). And he adds that “in order to reach our goal of €40M in 2026, it will be necessary to continue incorporating the best professionals, consolidating a team of more than 500 people in Grupo Castilla.” Grupo Castilla plans to communicate the final results for 2023 within the framework of its participation in the Mobile World Congress 2024.

Grupo Castilla is one of the leading Spanish companies in knowledge services and software for people management, with a 360º approach unique in the market. Founded in 1979, initially as a technology-based company, it has evolved to become an HR partner for its more than 3,600 clients. Grupo Castilla has a team of more than 375 professionals and a network of 21 offices spread throughout the national territory. Its current Strategic Plan foresees €40M in turnover in 2026 and 100% of technological clients in the Cloud.
