García-Castellón rejects the appearance of Pujol Ferrusola in the Villarejo case

The judge of the National Court Manuel García Castellón has rejected the accusation of Jordi Pujol Ferrusola as a victim in one of the pieces of the Villarejo case since the events that he denounces, alleged criminal activities carried out in Andorra by Spanish citizens against him, are already being investigated by the courts of that country.

In his writing, the appellant made reference to “the confirmation of alleged criminal activities carried out in Andorra by Spanish citizens against Jordi Pujol Ferrusola” that the court had rejected, since they were the subject of investigation in a procedure initiated in the justice system of that country. . In his opinion, these actions should be prosecuted by the National Court because they are crimes committed by Spaniards abroad.

Now, in his order, García Castellón maintains, in line with the Prosecutor's Office, that the admission of Jordi Pujol Ferrusola as injured by not complying with the legally established budgets is not possible since he is neither a victim nor injured of the crime that is the object of this procedure, " "just as it was said in its day."

"The truth is that there are no elements in the proceedings that allow him to sustain his condition as an injured party," indicates the judge, who adds that from the analysis of the documents provided, Jordi Pujol Ferrusola does not appear as being investigated on behalf of clients and in exchange for a price in the execution of any of the investigation and intelligence projects in which the information obtained in the police field from the restricted records is used or that restrictive investigation techniques of the rights of third parties are used.
