First images of Daniel Sancho in the Thai prison of Koh Samui: "No trace of his hair"

Daniel Sancho is serving two months in Koh Samui prison, in Thailand, after he confessed to the murder of Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta in early August. The case involving the son of actor Rodolfo Sancho has become one of the most covered in recent times in Spain, pending a trial that could take place in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, more details continue to be known about the reasons why Sancho would have committed the crime, as well as his current life in Thai prison. However, it is now that the first images of the Spanish chef inside Koh Samui have come to light, which the Telecinco program TardeAR has accessed exclusively.

The journalist Alejandro Rodríguez has been in charge of obtaining the information from the Asian country, and confirmed Sancho's change of image due to the imperative of the prison itself. The sequence, he assures, was obtained just 24 hours before its broadcast on television. "He is the most searched image in recent months," they insisted insistently on the program.

They are just a few seconds of video obtained from a virtual call, where the tattoo of a palm tree on his forearm already gave clues to the identity of the prisoner who appeared in them before seeing his face. Sancho appears talking to a prison official before sitting down and attending the video conference.

Following the protocols of the penitentiary facility, Daniel Sancho wears a mask at all times covering part of his face, as well as his inmate identification hanging on his chest. "Almost completely shaved, with a serious gesture, he looks at the camera," says the piece broadcast on TardeAR.

The images are recorded on October 10, less than 24 hours before seeing the light. In them, as they say in the program, "it can be seen that he is still in good shape," but the most striking fact is, without a doubt, the change in his hairstyle motivated by the demands of the prison itself. "No trace of her hair," they clarify.
