I have been able to portray for Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia this dreamy sunrise from Arenys de Mar, on the Maresme coast.
In the last days in which the wind has been registered, from one day to the next, everything changes on the shores of the beaches. The tides that rise or fall, the trunks of trees that reach the shore, rocks that are seen and other days that disappear under the water... These days are always spectacular.
Arenys de Mar places us at the end of the stream that connects it with the interior landscape passing through Arenys de Munt. It is also strategically located near the Montseny massif and the Corredor-Montnegre Natural Park.
It is an important fishing port, the main one in the province of Barcelona, and recreational. So much so that the port and its services are the main engine of the local economy.
As in all the coastal towns of the Maresme region, the N-II and the railway line cross the municipality, between the urban area and the sea.
