Dismantled two industrial warehouses where marijuana was grown

The National Police have dismantled two industrial buildings located in the La Bruguera industrial estate in Castellar del Vallès where indoor marijuana was grown. Inside, the agents found 3,093 plants, totaling 1,280 kg, and 103 kg of buds of this drug.

The Police had been investigating these ships for some time, subjecting them to extensive surveillance. In addition, it was determined, thanks to the data provided by the electricity supply company, the high energy consumption of both spaces, a circumstance that confirmed the illegal activity.

After these procedures, the agents were finally able to continue with the operation, which began on May 2. Upon accessing the warehouses, in addition to marijuana, all kinds of utensils used for this type of cultivation were also found and seized.

In relation to these events, the Police have arrested nine people, who were in charge of tasks related to the care and exploitation of the plantation. Those arrested testified in the Sabadell Investigating Court and were subsequently imprisoned.
