In the town of Calaf, in the Anoia region, they have recovered eight shops in Plaça Gran where the famous Calaf Market was held.
The City Council has created this project of Les botigues antigues de la Plaça Gran (The old shops of Plaça Gran) and they do guided tours with some fantastic explanations that make you situate yourself in the era of the beginning of the 20th century.
It is highly recommended to take this tour to discover this hidden treasure that now has the vitality of before and that I have portrayed in this series of photographs in La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos.

Among the old shops recovered from the town to visit is the cellar bar, where we can see these tables with drinks, playing cards and La Vanguardia of the time, very curious, as seen in the photographs.
