The television critic Bob Pop has announced this morning on the Hoy por Hoy radio program that he was also sexually harassed at the party after the Feroz Awards gala, last Saturday. In his case, Pop has also accused Javier Pérez Santana, the film producer who is currently free on charges of allegedly sexually assaulting actress Jedet at the same party.
"I was talking to people and he came about three times to try to eat my mouth without my permission while I dodged him as best I could, but do you know what happens? I never thought that this could be reported. I thought, well, Well, I have had my share of a slimy drunk that you get at all the parties and you put up with it", he confessed in the program where he is a regular collaborator.
It was not until he saw actress Jedet's complaint in the press that he did not consider that what happened to him was also sexual harassment and, according to him, it is unjustifiable. "I think, oysters, how badly educated we are (my generation, my culture...) thinking that you have to assume that this is normal. And what seems to me a huge advance is that we do not have to assume that this is normal" . Thus, he has vindicated Pop the importance of denouncing the attitudes that have traditionally been justified by the effects of alcohol.
