Barcelona City Council has agreed to bring to the Gazetteer's Presentation the proposal to dedicate a street and look for "a location in the city to place a statue" of the albino Snowflake gorilla.
All groups in the council have voted in favor of the proposal presented by the PP in the Social Rights Commission this Tuesday.
The Gazetteer's Presentation, made up of members of the municipal executive and professionals from various fields, will have to decide the location of the street dedicated to an animal that died 20 years ago in the Barcelona Zoo and "that has marked many generations of Barcelonans", according to the approved proposal.
