"There is talk of whether this is a confrontation with the president of my party," said the PP candidate for re-election after last week being in favor of banning Bildu.
Ayuso regrets that "in the future we may regret not having sought legal avenues" and maintains that "we are not the ones in the PP who have divisions." At that point he has chosen to direct his diatribe towards the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, for "not being able to sit down with the regional presidents of his own party."
