Arrested after attacking and trying to strangle his co-worker with an electric cable

The Valencia Civil Guard has arrested a man for a crime of serious injuries in the town of Beniparrell, where he allegedly tried to strangle a co-worker with an electrical cable and tied his hands and feet with a rope.

As reported this Thursday by Benemérita sources, the investigation began when the agents received notice of a possible fight between two workers of a company in an industrial estate in Beniparrell.

Upon arriving at the place, the civil guards knocked on the door of the industrial warehouse and a man with injuries to his face opened the door, after which they inspected the interior of the facilities and found a man on the floor tied hand and foot in a "recessed area" of the ship.

Once released, the agents observed that the victim had been brutally attacked, as he had multiple injuries, and he explained that the aggressor had tried to strangle him with an electric cable.

The alleged perpetrator of the events is a 25-year-old man of Honduran nationality, who has been arrested for a crime of serious injuries, while the proceedings have been handed over to the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 1 of Picassent.
